A load tracking and dashboard system that captures every haul from pit to dump with accurate counts, routes and live utilization.
The Problem
What we were solving
Load counts were tracked on paper tallies and re-entered into spreadsheets at the end of each shift. Counts were often inaccurate, supervisors had no live view of tonnage or truck utilization, and reconciliation at month-end was a slow, error-prone exercise.
The Solution
What we built
A digital load tracking workflow where operators log loads from a rugged tablet or phone, with truck and route captured automatically. Live dashboards show tonnage, cycle times and utilization per truck and per shift, and end-of-shift reports export automatically.
