Contractor Management
Contractor Attendance & Daily Reports
A mobile app that replaces paper sign-on sheets and manual daily reports with digital check-ins, photo logs and automated reporting.
The Problem
What we were solving
Contractors were signing onto sites with paper sheets, filling in daily reports by hand at the end of long shifts, and the office had no real-time view of who was on site or what was getting done. Paperwork piled up, data was incomplete, and reporting took hours every week.
The Solution
What we built
A mobile-first application where crews check in with a tap, capture photos and progress notes on the go, and submit structured daily reports in minutes. The office sees live attendance and progress, and end-of-day reports are generated automatically — no manual data entry.
